Size & Fit Guide
Not sure which size to pick? Here's how our sizing works across lingerie, nightwear, pyjamas, swimwear and sports bras. All measurements are body measurements in centimetres and inches — measure yourself over your usual underwear for the most accurate fit, and if you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Sports Bras & Bralettes
Our seamless and wirefree styles are designed for light-to-medium support and generally run true to size — order your usual S–XXL. If you sit between a band size and a cup size in traditional bra sizing, we'd recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, since these styles rely on stretch rather than underwire.
Multipacks (Briefs & Tights)
Multipack items (for example, our 3-pack and 6-pack briefs) follow the same S–XXL chart above — the pack number refers to how many pairs are included, not a different sizing system.
Fabric & Fit Notes
Lace and mesh styles have some stretch but are less forgiving than our satin and jersey pieces — if you're between sizes in a lace bodysuit or babydoll, size up for comfort. Satin and fleece pyjama sets are cut for a relaxed, easy fit and are true to size.
These measurements follow standard UK high-street sizing conventions and are intended as a guide. As with any UK retailer, exact fit can vary slightly by style, cut and fabric — when in doubt, size up or get in touch below.
